Вила Ганчев е малка, уютна дървена къщичка, разположена в имот от 4.5 дка, изцяло на ваше на разположение - в него са засадени много дървета, създаващи неповторимо усещане за близост до природата. Вилата разполага с единно вътрешно простраство от 30 кв.м, в което са разположени дневна, кът за хранене и готвене, както и малък санитарен възел на ниво 1 и уютна спалня с невероятна гледка на ниво 2.

Гостите ще се насладят на уютна атмосфера, спокойствие и приятелско отношение. Разполагаме с 4 стаи, 3 от които с включен самостоятелен санитарен възел и един споделен. Развлечения:Тенис на маса, лост за набирания, сезонен басейн Всички гости имат достъп до общите части - барбекю, механа Само при заетост от мин. 10 човека, комплексът няма да бъде споделен с други гости.

From the gate you enter into a courtyard with a well maintained green garden, you pass by the old chestnut tree and reach the inner house. Two and a half flights of a wooden staircase take you to the apartment (no elevator). You will find everything needed (appliances, pots and dishes) to prepare your own meal, coffee or tea. The apartment has fast wi-fi Internet and cable TV. Parking in a garage may be available for 6EUR/day, please inquire in advance. Easy access to the airport by metro.

Sofia is a city with warm thermal springs back from the Roman empire times. This apartment is located on top of the old Roman town ruins - right in the middle of the current modern top center. My apartment is at short walking distance to the main shopping street and all the central landmarks as well as to nice spa centers and modern shopping centers. It is a place that recall these old times by interior design, but also a place full of modern hi-tech appliances that will give you comfort.
