The Good Life is a family friendly lakehouse that we want to share with you! With Bull Shoals lake right outside your back deck it is accessible for fishing, swimming, relaxing, boating, and/or exploring. Our lakehouse has 3 BR, 2 BA, sun-room, and wrap around deck that gives ample space for that relaxation you crave. Or if it is excitement you want, head to the Marina which is a 5 min. drive to rent boats, jet skis, kayaks, or canoes! There is also a cave nearby to venture through! Come enjoy!

We'd like to welcome you to our home as YOUR home away from home. Boat Dock Getaway is very easy to find just off Hwy 178 and offers the 3 big C's comfort, cozy and convienent. Our getaway is convinent to Bull Shoals lake, .5 mile to Lakeview Park, public boat lanch & Lakeview Marina. White River Dam is a mile down Hwy 178. As comfortable as your own home and a cozy living space. Has a perfect circle driveway, great for boats, trailers and many vehicles. A large backyard with a fire pit!

Enjoy plenty of outdoor spaces as well as all the comforts of home, parking for your boat, gas grill, fire pit, washer and dryer, well equipped kitchen complete with spices and coffee. We live within minutes of the home and will be available to offer any assistance needed.

Welcome to our beautiful house located near Bull Shoals Lake. This home is the perfect getaway for outdoor enthusiasts and those seeking a peaceful retreat. Upon entry, you'll be greeted by a spacious and tastefully decorated interior, bedrooms featuring a king-sized bed, queen-sized beds, and a bunk bed room. Take advantage of the outdoor seating area, where you can soak up the sunshine, enjoy a barbecue, or gather around a fire pit in the evening for marshmallow toasting and stargazing.

If you need more space there are 2 cabins on the property. They are listed at the same address and have an additional 8 beds!

End the day relaxing in the master bathtub or in the recliners by the fireplace.

Unit #1 This is Studio unit #1 in a 4 unit house called the Magnolia House that sits on the White river between Gastons and the State Park in Lakeview, Arkansas. #1, 2, & 3 have no river view but #4 does. Each room is private with its own entrance and exit like a hotel. You can rent all 4 rooms for multiple families if available. Many rent Studio unit #2 along with unit #1. This unit #1 sleeps 3 comfortably with 3 twin beds. There is also a full bathroom, and kitchen.

The property sleeps 4 and has a king bed in the master, two twins in the low-ceiling loft. The loft requires climbing a ladder.
