Ruru Nest Property is next to a river and farmland, just a few minutes outside of the village of Karamea with its cafes and pubs. Located on a 75 acre small farm, in the wonderful Owen Valley, 25 kilometres north of Murchison. The Cottage @ Strathowen has some lovely gardens, a small flower farm, and we often have sheep and cattle grazing in our paddocks. The property has gorgeous views of the Owen valley, the nearby mountains & Kahurangi National Park.

The balcony puts you right amongst the natural scenery as does the courtyard with its open fire place for outdoor leisure.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families.
