Nestled in a serene area, our home is ideal for stargazing and unwinding in nature's beauty. Located just a 10-minute drive from both the Comal and Blanco Rivers, you'll have easy access to tubing, fishing, and exploring the scenic surroundings. Private quarters with separate entrance, spacious living room, full kitchen, bedroom w/closet, bathroom w/shower, and a covered sitting area overlooking city. 15 minutes from Fiesta Texas and Sea World, 25 minutes from downtown, and one mile away from Old Town Helotes. Pool & hot tub are available for additional fee of $50 per pool use in the morning 9:00 - 4:00, or in the evening 4:00 -10:00. Pool is not heated during colder months, only hot tub is.

Deer greet you along the path to your own reserved full bathroom— one of 3 private bathrooms located in our separate facility a short walk from your cabin. Enjoy fresh air, wildlife, and a Hill Country vibe that's only 8 minutes to shops/dining.

Indoor facilities include: full kitchen with oven, pantry, 3-burner stove, refrigerator/freezer; shower, toilet and sink; bedroom with queen bed & flat-screen tv; dining area; living area with comfy sofa & flat-screen TV, DVD player, AppleTV, Radio; Wi-Fi; Air Conditioning (AC) ; Heat Pump(HP)/propane heat. Outdoor facilities include a picnic table with a beautiful field view & a charcoal grill.

Guadalupe River Park is easily accessible and offers water recreation, camping, and day hikes. As a working horse ranch, you will enjoy the close interactions with our animals!

This spot is a great place to relax and unplug from the busyness of life. Enjoy a stroll or hike alongside the creek, plop some chairs in the water and take in the sounds of nature. Kids enjoy exploring, wildlife and roasting marshmallows while snuggling up around a campfire. The experience is much like camping, not to be compared with a hotel.
