This small cabin is close to hiking and mountain biking trails, waterfalls and the Blue Ridge Parkway. It is 30 minutes from the eclectic Asheville or 15 minutes from laid back Waynesville.

This space is the lower level of our home built in 2013. The space is 900 sqft. It has its own entrance and back patio as well as a separate hot water heater from the rest of the home. Each room has its own mini split unit for a/c and heat. The kitchenette has a coffee maker, fridge, microwave, hot plate, and Instapot.

End of road, bedroom/bath behind home, exterior entrance, tile shower, 15 min to Asheville, 8 min Weaverville, 18 min to the Blue Ridge Parkway, 5 min to Ledges River Park on the French Broad River. The bedroom is 11x14, plus bath, amenity storage & deck.

Plenty of hiking trails nearby, minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, and more just outside the door! During the summer the HOA hosts local musicians to perform at the pool or clubhouse once a month. The pool may close a little earlier on those evenings.
