Our 4 unique appartments called (ANTHEMIS - NEFELI - IRIDA - ARIADNI) and can provide you a different way of living and enjoying your holidays. We are based only 300m from the port of Karlovasi, near to the famous beaches of Mikro & Megalo Seitani, Potami beach and waterfalls.

South Chios豪华传统石屋

Traditional house in Patrika one of the medieval villages of south chios specialy constructed for the collection of the mastic.Dating back to medieval times, fully renovated in 2018 with respect to the traditional architecture. Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort. Built in two levels, it contains 2 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, an attic with double bed, a terrace with view to the sea and the mountains, and a balcony to the village square.

Our house is a beautifully preserved 19th century mansion turned into a boutique hotel between the city’s antique-filled Çukurcuma and Tomtom neighborhood .Now it is emerging as a creative hub, with cafés, art galleries and designers galore. Just below Istiklal Caddesi right on the Beyoglu Culture road and walking distance to Galataport. There are five rooms, fully renovated with all the features of a new home. Four storey standalone townhouse with a large kitchen and 2 living rooms.

Since 2017, we've hosted more than 110 groups of guests, providing excellent accommodation in a relaxed, beautiful, quiet and friendly environment. We are at a distance of Ayvalık center, there is a 5-10 minute walking center to Macaron, Palabahce, Talat dessert shop, toaster bazaar. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to go to Cunda Island or Sarimsakli beach. and there are 4 car parks around us, there are many beaches within 10 minutes by car. Our house has a double bed, 4 single beds.
