The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.

The sofa has views over the surrounding farmland. There is a kitchen/dining area to prepare simple meals, separate shower room/toilet, a radio, GOOD 4G SIGNAL BUT NO INTERNET OR TELEVISION. Tea, coffee & milk provided. Well behaved dogs welcome but must not be left alone. Stabling for a horse at extra cost.

Dating from the 16th century, Stable Cottage adjoins the rest of the property but has its own front door and is a completely private and self contained space. Downstairs has an entrance hall, sitting room, with original beams and kitchen; upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one double and one single, bathroom and separate shower room. Arden Studio is nestled in the grounds of my cottage - Arden Cottage. It is situated with direct access to the New Forest. With a separate bedroom offering a king size bed and a small open plan sitting room and kitchenette with a hob and microwave. it makes the perfect cosy retreat.
