We live where neighbors know and care for each other and where grandparents pass land on to their children and grandchildren. That heritage is evidenced by our beautiful local parks! Our town is a sort of traffic nucleus, with Charlotte approximately 1 hour to the east, Asheville less than 1 hour to the west, and Lenoir heading to Boone 20 minutes to the north. We are 5-20 minutes away from 5 hospitals which is perfect for traveling nurses and doctors. We want to add to your travel experience!

Beautiful log home! As private as it gets, but still close to everything. 5 acre lot surrounded by trees. Newly upgraded deck with 8 person hot tub. Both bathrooms have just been remodeled. Full workspace with Monitor. 1.5 hours from Charlotte. 45 Minutes to Boone and N. Wilkesboro. 1 hour to Asheville. 10 Minutes from GGL Datacenter. Free charging on our level 2 EV charger. Basement is being remodeled currently. Expect a 4 bed/3 bath house in the next couple of months.

Welcome to The Pond House! This unique house sits on a 1 acre pond that is peaceful and buzzing with wildlife. Fish, birds, deer, and other animals have been seen here. It has the feeling of being in the mountains yet still in Granite Falls City limits and a short 10 minute drive to Hickory.
