Wheelwright Cottage, Burnham Market

This lovely old railway cottage has been family owned for 50 years and recently refurbished. It boasts a good sized kitchen and living room, log burner and pantry. It has an authentic stairway leading to 3 bedrooms and smart bathroom with shower and bath. The stairs are steep and windy with no hand rail so unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. It has a private garden with patio and seating for 8, ungated but situated within a secure gated courtyard. Please note the need to take bed linen.

Twixt is a mid-terrace Victorian cottage located in the idyllic North Norfolk village of Burnham Overy Staithe. It's just a short walk from the picturesque quay and the North Norfolk coastal path. Recently refurbished and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay - whether a weekend or a longer break - it will comfortably accommodate four people in the two bedrooms which are furnished with a kingsize and twin beds. There is also room for a travel cot in the master bedroom.

Birdwatchers Retreat in Cley: annexe for one guest

Enjoy a relaxing stay half a mile from Cley Marshes (Norfolk Wildlife Trust) visitor centre and a mile from the sea. It is an ideal location for bird watchers, walkers and cyclists. This warm and comfortable well presented modern refurbished small annexe (one guest only) benefits from en-suite shower room, independent access, outside seating area/patio and secure parking on site. Outside toilet and fridge if required. Welcome pack for your first breakfast. Kitchen facilities suitable for breakfast and light lunches.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Situated on the outskirts of the historic village of castle rising, 5 miles from Sandringham, this idyllic peaceful cottage has been lovingly restored to provide a pleasant retreat. The cottage is double glazed, with a fully functioning kitchen. There is a small garden with plenty of space for your fur baby to exercise. Nearby in the village is a friendly pub serving meals throughout the day and a delightful coffee and cake shop.

Fortune Cottage is a charming period 2 bedroom semi-detached property at the heart of Burnham Market, 3 minutes walk from The Green. This a family 2nd home and therefore furnished to a high standard throughout, with a patio area and furniture outside. The property benefits from fast WiFi, Amazon Prime and Netflix. One dog is most welcome (except on furniture/upstairs) to make it a home from home for all Minimum 3 night stay applies in late July and August.
