Welcome to my little 8 acre oasis! Being the first farm I’ve ever lived on, I understand the peace and tranquility it can offer those who have never experienced it. Enjoy meeting my horses and mini donkeys, take a walk through my woods, or have a fire! Aside from being just far enough, but just close enough to all the happenings in the city, my newly remodeled private entry, ground level basement apartment offers an escape from the noise and a place to unwind and relax. This custom built home was completed and furnished 2016. Large lot, full walkout basement w/ bar, 5 bed + office with couch-sofa, 4.5 bath, screened porch, beautiful views. Master bed and guest master bed both include en-suite bath for inlaws/friends. There are 4 additional bedrooms. There is a dock with lake access (not great to swimming from shore), and local boat rentals available. 30 mins to downtown Minneapolis/Airport/Stadium/Mall of America. Great small town and quiet neighborhood

This Suburban Cottage is conveniently located in the southern highway nexus for MSP, with quick travel to Xcel, Downtown Saint Paul, MSP international, and multiple other attractions. It offers a unique out of the way experience that is no more than 15 minutes from both the Children’s Museum and the Mall of America. With on-site parking, a private entrance, Wi-Fi, and the traditional convinces of home, this cottage provides a extended stay experience that can still get you anywhere fast.
