Charlie & Roy's Farm Stay Berry

Charlie and Roy's farm stay is a family friendly guesthouse on an old vineyard. The property is nestled beneath Wedding Cake mountain and is set on 173 acres of pasture,and forest with a creek and a large lawn area. It is just 4.2km from the village of Berry and is close to bush walking trails, wineries, and beaches. The home is perfect for one or two families who want to enjoy Berry and be in a peaceful country setting. Being a farmstay, there are friendly farm animals too. (No large parties)

Surrounded by tall gums in a rural setting, The light, airy house is all yours to enjoy on 12 acres with the kangaroos, wombats and the birds. Recently fully renovated, my place is close to Great Ocean Views, 70m to the Beach. You’ll love my place because of the great location and fully fitted out kitchen! My place is good for couples and families (with kids). Now with Foxtel, Netflix and WiFi. Split system air conditions to the two living areas. We allow pets and only one dog per stay and strictly outside only.
