The grade two listed cider barn, with its own pretty terrace, has double french doors which flood the open plan living area with morning light. It is a five minute drive from the Jurassic coast with beautiful beaches and opportunities for fossil hunting . The barn has far reaching views spanning across the Marshwood Vale. This stylish and extremely comfortable new conversion is set in 11 acres of wildlife rich meadows land . It is an ideal base for exploring this beautiful part of West Dorset.

Just steps away from Bridport's vibrant main street, you'll find an array of independent shops, cozy pubs, and delightful restaurants. A mere five-minute drive or a 20-minute walk will take you to the fishing port of West Bay, famously featured in the TV series Broadchurch. This flat is ideally situated for exploring the Dorset countryside and the nearby Jurassic Coast.

Bride Valley Studio, Jurassic coast

Bride Valley Studio is a light, spacious retreat for 2, a perfect place for a romantic getaway. The bedroom has a kingsize bed, the studio is 6x5m with kitchen and sofa. Please ask in advance if you’d like the travel cot and high chair or if you need the single bed putting up. Studio is 15m from our house, screened by trees, with own entrance, patio and parking. This is a quiet spot with fields on 3 sides, a mile from Burton Bradstock, ideal for walking, cycling, relaxing and Hive Beach

Garden View Annexe near West Bay, Bridport.

Our light bright garden view annexe is ideally situated for enjoying all that the Jurassic coastline has to offer. The harbour at West Bay (setting for ITV’s drama Broadchurch) is a pleasant 10 minute walk away. The bustling historic town of Bridport is only 5 minutes by car or about 25 minutes on foot. There you will find a twice weekly street market, a variety of shops and a good choice of pubs and cafes. Both Bridport Leisure Centre and the Golf Club with driving range are nearby.

Cosy ecolodge with log-burner, near town & beach

Asker lodge is an eco-friendly lodge, seconds from the Old Railway Track for a lovely 2.4 mile stroll or cycle to the Jurassic Coast at West Bay. Or walk 15 mins in the opposite direction and you're in Bridport's bustling town centre Downstairs, there's an inviting open plan kitchen & living room opening onto a sunny patio garden. There's also a log burner & sofa bed, plus bathroom with electric shower. Upstairs are 2 cosy bedrooms (1 double & 1 single). Free parking for 2 cars

Berry Farm Cottage

Berry Farm Cottage nestles in a private area of the grounds of Berry Farm, which dates back to the 16th century. It is located in the charming Conservation Village of Walditch, within walking distance of Bridport. The Cottage itself has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms with an open-plan living space and is set away from the main house in its own private grounds, with 1,200sqm (0.3acres) of orchard garden, as well as an outside patio with table and chairs, with country views.

The Seaside Shepherd’s Hut

Fall asleep to the sound of waves on shingle in this stunning, hand-crafted oak shepherd’s hut. In winter the Hut is cosy with double glazing, a wood burner plus radiator. In summer relax on the deck to enjoy glorious views of Lyme Bay on the World Heritage Jurassic Coast. Nestling in my garden, Chesil Beach and the South West Coast Path are 30 seconds away down a private path. Watch magnificent sunsets over the bay and enjoy stargazing in our dark skies.

The Long Barn

Stone and oak barn in the grounds of a grade II listed farmhouse. The space is light and airy, it has 2 bedrooms and so is ideal for families or two couples. Well behaved dogs are accepted. Although separate from the farmhouse, it is not self-contained, as there are no cooking facilities, other than a fridge, kettle and toaster. Breakfast provisions are provided for guests to have at their leisure.

Jurassic coast Glamping, West Dorset

The Cabin is privately located in Seatown a small hamlet under Golden Cap, the highest cliff on the south coast and next to the SW Coast Path, 200m from the sea and world heritage Jurassic Coast. The Cabin is has everything you will need including a spare camp bed and bbq. View Lyme bay, sunset and sea while dinning or just with a drink, in the Anchor inn beer garden on the cliff. Dogs welcome.

Take a holiday in this calm, peaceful cottage, a mile from the Jurassic Coast and half a mile from Bridport with it's bustling markets, restaurants, shops and pubs. Meadow Cottage now has a garden and parking!! It is surrounded by beautiful countryside with public footpaths almost on the doorstep and there is a childrens playground a very short walk from the cottage.
