Cozy basement bedroom with a full size bed. Shared full bathroom in the basement and access to a powder room on the main floor. In the room there is a lounge chair and side table. You will have access to a shared kitchen, living room, 2 dining areas & laundry room. Outside there is a deck equipped w/ patio furniture & grill. Across the street is a rec park w/ sports fields/courts & over 6mi of trails (some paved, some dirt). Easy access to 200 & 29, also fairly close to 95.

Peaceful Haven

My home is in a quiet, safe, suburban neighborhood. It is approximately a 20 minute drive to Washington DC and 15 minutes from downtown Silver Spring. The closest Metro station is an 8 minute drive. There is always parking available in my driveway. There are a variety of restaurants, groceries and shops close by. I am a warm, friendly person and will do everything I can to help you feel comfortable and welcome during your stay. The listing is in a private home.
