Spacious Home with HOT TUB and Spectacular Views

Enjoy the charm of a picturesque medieval town in the heart of France, with bars, restaurants, boulangeries and cafés, whilst within easy walking distance of the glorious Limousin countryside with its tracks, gentle hills & streams. The house is architect designed, spacious and modern with 3 king and 3 single beds plus a travel cot. The generous balconies offer spectacular views, perfect for dining as the sun sets or waking up to. Outside there’s a large garden with a hot tub and free parking.

Situé dans une belle campagne légèrement au nord de Bergerac, il est conçu pour deux personnes mais comprend une mezzanine avec deux lits simples, idéale pour les enfants ou même un aidant. La chambre principale dispose de deux lits électriques qui peuvent être configurés en deux lits simples ou un lit king-size. Toute la propriété, est accessible, et vous disposez d'une petite piscine privée.

A charming Logis de chasse (hunting lodge) dating from 1666, on the edge of the village of Saint German de Montbron, nestling in the beautiful Charente countryside. We have two very spacious bedrooms, a large salon, kitchen and bathroom. All is fully modernised. Access to the garden for outdoor dining, barbecue, all in a very pretty garden. Use of the owners above ground pool and 2 acres of garden. We also have a second gite, for two people, listed on Airbnb, making it ideal for larger groups.

In the heart of stunning medieval village, Quiet location but short walk to the butcher, restaurant and tabac/bar. 5 mins drive to Montignac and the Lascaux caves and beautiful villages of thé Dordogne valley. Canoeing easily accessible. Review from Allison: Absolutely wonderful. Beautiful house, everything you need for your stay. Lovely area with plenty to do and see. Maison en pierre avec piscine

Cette ancienne grange rénovée en charmante maison en pierre du pays est très confortable avec ces 2 grandes chambres et leur salle de bain chacune en mezzanine. dans le salon le divan se transforme en lit pour une ou 2 personnes. Elle est située dans un petit hameau non loin du château de Hautefort, vous pourrez vous y détendre en famille ou entre amis. Le jardin est très agréable avec sa piscine de 10m sur 5, sa piste de pétanque et sa table de ping pong.
