Gramercy Cosy one bedroom haven - on the sea front

Accommodation 2/3 Self-contained flat attached to main house with own entrance, on the sea front in the centre of Dunoon, with stunning views across the Clyde and down to Cumbrae, Bute and Arran. 1/4 mile to passenger ferry and one and a half to Hunter's Quay car ferry,5/10 minutes walk to shops, cinema, eateries. Walk, cycle, kayak, swim. Book-lined lounge/study with sofa bed, double bedroom, kitchen, shower room, access to secure back garden with fish pond. Dogs welcome if friendly to mine.

The Hideaway At Kilbride Farm.

The Hideaway is close to the beach and a 10 minute drive from the village, in a rural location. It is a self contained annex attached to the owners accommodation. It has one bedroom with a super king sized bed in it and space to erect a Z bed for a child, a large bathroom and a lounge with a kitchenette that has a 4 ring hob, and a combi microwave/convection oven. In the lounge area there is a double sofa bed. We feel that it is best suited to up to 3 adults or couples with up to 2 children.

Swallows Cottage is situated a 5 min drive from the ferry terminal. It sits in its own grounds just 100m from the seafront of the quiet Craigmore district of the island. The cottage boasts stunning views up to Loch Striven and across the bay to Ardbeg and over to Toward. Swallows, is self contained with its own drive, and has ample space for 2 cars. There is a also a secure garden at the side of the cottage.You will fall in love as soon as you enter the door. Its such a beautiful place to stay

Leac Na Sith, a cottage on the beach

Our cottage is perfect for families, couples or friends who want a peaceful base to explore glorious Argyll. This is a truly magical place, with incredible sea views, and a large garden that leads straight on to the shore. It's also a great base for exploring the isle of Bute, the "secret Argyll Coast", and the Arrochar Alps. After a big day out, you can come back and relax in front of the log burner. Leac Na Sith means "Hearthstone of Tranquility"... it could not be a more appropriate name.

Argyll Retreat by Lock Eck. Argyll Forest Park.

Open all year. For couples, 2 friends or solo travellers . Dogs are very welcome. I expect to be at the lodge to meet you when you arrive. Argyll Retreat is a cosy timber cabin located in the Argyll Forest Park and Loch Lomond and Trossachs Natiomal Park. It is owned and managed by myself. The lodge is layed out for a couple or solo travellers. Argyll is steeped in history and has miles of coastline, lochs, forests and mountains. The lodge is also a great place to relax. Enjoy. Lighthouse cottage - Toward , Nr Dunoon , Argyll

A stunning former lighthouse keeper’s cottage, Lighthouse Point has the most amazing views of the lighthouse and dramatic sea views down the Clyde approach, past Bute, towards Arran. Situated at Toward Point in Argyll, this beautiful cottage offers a luxurious stay with views to die for. If you can be tempted away from gazing out of the south facing sunroom, watching the sea, yachts and other marine traffic, it is less than two minutes’ walk to the water.

Overlooking the harbour, bay and hills and only a short walk (less than 3 minutes) from the ferry, shops and supermarket, it is an ideal starting point to explore the Isle of Bute. The apartment is renovated to a high standard and offers three bedrooms, a modern kitchen and bathroom. It is an ideal location for a weekend away with friends or family but also caters perfectly for a longer stay.

Our Wee Getaway

2nd Floor flat is located a few hundred yards from the ferry port and you can see when the boat has arrived from the living room window. Space consists of two bedrooms - one double and one twin, entrance hall, two large cupboards - one which has an TV and Xbox, and a living area which also has the kitchen at one end of the room. There is a washing machine, Xbox one, Wii U, Netflix, Amazon Prime and Sky Glass TV and Sky hub in one bedroom.
