Historical Former Miners Cabin.

This is an historical miners quarters. It was built in 1900 as a 2 room bunk house then converted to a 2 bedroom 1 bath house. The original facade is underneath the original roof! I have added a brand new speed queen washer and dryer set, a dishwasher, stove, and water heater. I refurbished the original bathroom clawfoot tub, sink and kitchen sink cabinet. I did my best to hold onto the past while introducing the future. I hope you enjoy the place as much as I do! This is a true Butte original!

There is ample parking and a large grassy area great for outdoor activities. A full hook-up camp spot is available for an additional fee. The location is close to the Town of Whitehall, the Jefferson River, Lewis and Clark Caverns, Copper K Barn wedding venue, Ringing Rocks, and numerous ATV, horseback, and hiking trails.

Several hiking trails within both walking and driving distance for variety (let me know if you plan on hiking!). 3 minute drive to hospital. 20 minute drive to state hospital. 45 minute drive to Discovery Skill Hill.

Historical Former Mayor Of Butte's House.

We have added some modern touches to this historical duplex with Butte's best back yard. We have 2 bbq's an alkaline water machine, an alkaline high pressure shower in the bathroom and California king and queen memory foam beds. The two bedrooms are separated by a curtain with a window ac unit in the king bedroom(summer only). There is a workspace with the former mayor's desk and we are within walking distance of the hospital and Historic Uptown Butte.
