Historical Former Mayor Of Butte's House.

We have added some modern touches to this historical duplex with Butte's best back yard. We have 2 bbq's an alkaline water machine, an alkaline high pressure shower in the bathroom and California king and queen memory foam beds. The two bedrooms are separated by a curtain with a window ac unit in the king bedroom(summer only). There is a workspace with the former mayor's desk and we are within walking distance of the hospital and Historic Uptown Butte.

The house has a lot of its original charm such as hardwood floors, built-in dining cabinet, beveled glass windows and coffered ceilings. The sun porch is a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, or a glass of wine in the evening. There is also a small fenced yard and a pet door for your house-trained, furry friends. Note there is a pet fee payable at booking.

In addition to this being a unique experience it also serves as a great home base for exploring area ghost towns, fishing local rivers and is surrounded by public land for hiking or hunting.

We are renting it as an Airbnb, a vacation home or short term rental.
