Welcome to Windwatch Cottage! A relaxed coastal vibe mixing old world cottage with a modern design touch. This home boasts one of the best views in the Outerbanks with direct access to the water and own pier. Sip your morning coffee with a breath-taking sunrise & experience the colorful sound sunset from the warm hot tub! Grab the paddle boards or kayak from the closet, and take in all the sound has to offer from the water. Oceanside beach, coffee shops, restaurants & bar are a short walk.

Coral Reef Cottage

We are excited to be offering our Coral Reef Cottage for the 2025 season. Located in the heart of the southern Outer Banks of Frisco. The home is completely set up for groups of 8, being kid friendly. Beach accesses are up and down highway 12 with 1 just 1 mile away. Hatteras lighthouse is one of the most popular sites to see just 5 miles away in Buxton and Ocracoke Island is a scenic ferry ride worth the trip. Surf’s Up

“Surf’s Up” is a newly renovated camper located in a private campground in Buxton, less than 1.5 miles to the lighthouse and beach! This camper sleeps 4 with 1 queen bed in a private back bedroom and a trundle with 2 twin beds in the living room. This camper provides everything you need for a beach get away, including 1 full bath, kitchen, ac/heat and an outside shower. Enjoy the fire pit and picnic table and our onsite bass fishing pond. Quiet and family friendly. Happy glamping

Barefoot Bungalow, steps from the Pamlico Sound

Sound-Side retreat. Enjoy a sunset nestled in the cool, old, live oak trees. With a cozy bungalow style feel enjoy ocean living on the peaceful sound side. Large wrap around deck for star gazing. Beach access is a short 6 min walk for surf and beach fun. Close to grocery store, ice cream parlor, restaurants, coffee, and souvenir shops. Visit the Avon pier for fishing, concerts and farmers markets. Newly renovated & updated, flooring 2022.

Come enjoy the fresh ocean breeze at Bluefish Bungalow! This home is a newly renovated classic Avon beach house with direct beach access and a hot tub. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and is designed to sleep up to 7 guests. Bluefish Bungalow has a private beach access path straight from the house. "Hatteras Heartbeat" in Hatteras Village OBX

Come stay in Hatteras Village where the opportunities are endless and the scenery is breathtaking. Surfing, kayaking, parasailing, fishing or just sitting and enjoying the beach are just a few of the things to do in this town! Hatteras Heartbeat is centrally located with a view of the creek and just a short walk to the beach. Great for couples.
