Ample seating in the living and dining area accompany all of the essentials for cooking meals inside or out. The master bedroom is also equipped with a half bath, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker, to make sharing space easier for the comfort of our guests. Right off of Route 12 with spacious parking, base your Hatteras adventure here!

Welcome to my home on Hatteras Island, located in the village of Frisco directly on Pamlico Sound in a residential neighborhood. You have a private entrance and screened-in porch, as well as a shared sundeck. My house is on a ridge & your room is on the 2nd floor, giving you spectacular views of the sound. From the property, you can easily kayak or SUP. Both the beach and the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse are only a short drive away. There are also many shops, galleries, and eateries to explore.

The kitchen and bathrooms were updated in 2021/2022. New floors and paint in 2026. Outdoor shower and small covered outdoor deck off the front door.
