Two pubs and a well stocked village shop are within walking distance and the historic town of Knutsford is a 10 minute drive away. 'The Vestry' is an 1846 church building, now a delightful studio cottage for couples, families or business trips with easy access to Manchester airport/city. On the edge of the Peak District it includes a comfortable double bed, 2 single beds on the mezzanine. Relax in front of the wood burning stove, or on the lovely rear deck overlooking our brook and woodland. It’s an easy 5 minute walk to the village with great pubs, shops and restaurants. We have an EV charger available at 20p/pkh

The cottage comprises a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, sitting room and bathroom with a large bath and shower. We are ideally situated on the Chatsworth Estate within the Peak District, close to Chatsworth House itself, Haddon Hall, Bakewell, Eyam, Matlock, Castleton, Buxton and Sheffield.

Enjoy your own private access via the patio garden to this self-contained annex. A bedroom, kitchenette area and shower room has all you need to enjoy the Peaks and relax afterwards. In the warm months, you can sunbathe on the patio and there's space to store any bikes.
