From the Villa, there are private steps leading down to our own swimming platform into the sea. There is a traditional Turkish oven in the garden also a gas powered BBQ. Villa Poseidon offers spacious well-appointed rooms, fully air-conditioned, all having stunning sea views. The Villa has beautiful patina aged oak floors in rooms.

This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

An entrance floor with large living room, open kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. Second floor comprises the master bedroom en-suite and terrace, two more bedrooms with terraces and a large bathroom with shower, and WC.
