Come unwind and interact with nature. A modern 2 bed, 2 bath house on a 5 acre farm, located in Oakford (25 mins from Perth city). Enjoy the tranquility of rurality but the convenience of being close to shops and amenities. Come hand feed the alpacas, sheep, chickens and ducks. Each booking will get a free container of animal feed daily. Pick eggs from the hens. All bookings include bed linen, towels, kitchen appliances. BYO food and drinks. Our property is not suitable for pets or child Enjoy the private studio separate from the main dwelling. The studio is semi self contained with a private bathroom and courtyard. Umatah means "you matter". Umatah to us, Umatah to yourself, Umatah to those around you and Umatah to the environment. Umatah is part of the original State Brick Works that was closed down in the 1940’s after their excavations hit an underground spring. The property runs on organic principles and has a mango orchard, apiary, vegetable wicking beds plus various other fruit and nut trees. There is a large waterhole, landscaped gardens and endless native bushland.
