This charming home offers a serene retreat suitable for singles, couples, or a small family, welcoming pets with open arms. Nestled within a spacious 0.8-acre lot, it features a main bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath, & a walk-in closet. The second bedroom is a modern office. The third room serves as a dedicated workout area, boasting a treadmill, exercise bike, hand weights, & a yoga mat. A twin bed was added to this room after photos were taken. A portable playpen is also available.

The Park House is newly renovated and minutes from UCA, Hendrix, and CBC colleges. This unit is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath, 1 kitchen, 1 living room in a triplex. No shared areas except the large backyard. There are separate parking spaces, walkways, and entry doors for each unit. The internet speed is fast! up to 100 Mbps. 65" Smart-TV with soundbar in living room. Master bedroom also has a Smart-TV. King/queen beds are very comfortable (not extremely soft, definitely not firm). The dining and living rooms are open spaces so one can eat and visit without missing a moment.

Farm House On the Hill -Entire House

Our Farm House On the Hill is a quite, peaceful house located on our Family Farm. Our location is perfect for cross-country travelers only a few minutes away from the Interstate. It is also conveniently located a short distance from Cabot, Jacksonville & Little Rock. We are a working farm so during your stay you could experience calves being born or hay being baled. We are also pet and livestock friendly. We do have the capabilities to stable or pasture your livestock during your stay.

Cozy Mid Century Home

This unique mid-century, smart home is located in the quiet, family friendly, Historic Park Hill neighborhood. Surrounded by trees on all sides, the house has a nice, cozy ambience. Inside, the open layout and nearly wall to wall windows along the North/rear side of the house lend to a spacious but still cozy, sun-kissed feel. Clean and comfortable and strategically located near the major highways (I-30 & I-40) and the most popular dining districts (i.e Downtown LR, Argenta, SOMA :).

Within walking distance of Harding University, enjoy this historic bungalow during your stay in Searcy. It is centrally located, just one block from Spring Park, the downtown area, Wild Sweet Williams bakery, Knight's Barbeque, Starbucks and more. The kitchen, laundry room and bathroom are recently updated and fully stocked, and each bedroom has a king-size bed. The spacious dining room is perfect for family and friend gatherings. Large fenced in backyard is a plus.
