Located on a private lane only one mile from downtown Lyons, Big Tree Farmstead is a secluded enclave, an historic site and a lavender farm with awesome views surrounded by hundreds of acres of open space. Guests can walk, bike or drive to access dining and shopping in our quaint little town and simply step outside to access some of the best hiking and biking in Boulder County. Unique large studio on garden level with wood burning stove. The wood burning stove faces the comfortable queen bed. Cozy loveseat with ottoman, full of blankets, in front of a smart TV. Enter your account details to be able to watch it. It has a 3/4 bathroom (stand up shower) with all linens provided. Work desk and chair. Dining table for two next to the kitchen. Coffee and tea are provided. Long stays encouraged, dates are only blocked for possible long-term renters. 1 hour drive to RMNP.

Great location! Keep it simple in our clean and centrally located space. Awesome spot for couples or singles to adventure in Fort Collins. This property is attached to another space used as an Airbnb. Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 9 am. The space does not share any walls but a door off the kitchen area, which has a partition and remains locked. You will not have any interactions with other guests, but possibly in the parking lot.
