Roundhouse Farm Cottages, Mary, Henrietta (dog friendly) and William part of a Grade 2* complex including 2 towers built over 200 years ago as part of the Nantyglo ironworks owned by Crawshay and Joseph Bailey. They are comfortable, peaceful and within a walled enclosure. Listed as 5* they are situated in a superb location on the A465 close to rail links with the Brecon Beacons, Black Mountains and major bike parks nearby.

Sit out the small front area whilst enjoying a glass of wine or perhaps breakfast. The property is close to Llechwen hall and less than a mile from a quaint country pub the Llanfabon arms..lay back in our new hot tub and look at the shooting stars.. We are close enough to lots of amenities.

Luxury Cabin is actually a hot tub room that came with the house - used the hot tub twice and stuck the thing on Ebay . Cabin has wifi , power, heating , a Tv and loads of DVD's . There is a double bed. There is an adjacent basic kitchen and a rustic WC and shower . The garden here is massive you can wander about all you want . We are in the wilderness of South Wales so if you visit in January bring a coat. Whilst the cabin is not the Savoy we are at least friendly.

Yet Cardiff , Newport and the Brecon Beacons are all withing half an hour's drive so we are perfectly positioned to explore South Wales. Or just relax and get away from it all....perfect for families or couples!

Breakfast basics are included with fresh eggs from our hens when available Please be aware that this is only accessible by a single tarmac track that winds up the mountain. Access in the winter can be limited.
