We have the beautiful Morgan Jones’ Park on our doorstep through which you can access the rear of the Castle grounds. We have 3 local train stations that take you into Cardiff City Centre, and bus stop outside the door to Caerphilly Station.

Access in the winter can be limited.

Gwyn Lodge

A self contained bungalow comprising of a bathroom with a bath and a shower, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen diner including a washing machine, iron with ironing board, an electric cooker, microwave and a fridge freezer. A spacious bedroom with a double bed and a suitable laptop work space / dressing table with a hairdryer. The bungalow is well situated on the grounds of our main house and has off road parking is available.

The Bailey is a self-contained studio annexe with a private entrance at The Forge Lower Machen. Travel cot available by request. Parking on site. Towels and bed linen provided. Situated just off the A468, very convenient but some noise from the road.
