It is an annex to Windward House, yet has a very private feel with it's own entrance. A European king size bed and a sofa bed that sleeps 2, this is the ideal space for a couple retreating or with small family. Fully equipped kitchen with both indoor and outdoor dining. A 5 minute walk to Long Bay beach and a 10 minute drive to the Grace Bay area.

Situated in the Discovery Bay Canal "Poco Villa" is a separated complete studio with a view of the canal and access to a freshwater pool and sun decK with bar and barbeque. The accommodation is a one a/c unit with a full kitchen living room and tv. Its a peacefull place surrounded by water. There are two units for rent on this property the other "Coco Villa" both being double occupancy. We do suggest our guests have a vehicle rental to explore the island.

My place is just a two minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, Grace Bay beach. Absolutely great spot to walk to many restaurants, bars, casino, grocery store and shopping centre at Salt Mills. You’ll love my studio because of the neighbourhoods and quiet area. Studio apartment has open concept, only door for the bathroom. Place is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.
