Formerly an historic coach house, the converted Farm Steading nestles within the Insh Marshes National Nature Reserve and the Cairngorms National Park. Enjoy stunning local scenery and world class outdoor leisure options. Our four bedroom family home is immaculately furnished in Scandi-Scots style, with spacious living areas, and a private garden.

The Attic @ Aikenhead House

ECO-FRIENDLY/ORGANIC/RURAL/HOT TUB/99% midge free The Attic is a cosy, self contained Cottage designed to help you relax and unwind - curling up by the wood burning stove or enjoying the rural views from the wood fired hot tub in the garden. It is also a great base for exploring and adventuring. A breakfast bundle (vegan/GF available) is provided for your first morning. We are passionate about providing an eco-friendly experience for you - organic and locally sourced items wherever possible.

Drumguish Cottage

Drumguish Cottage is located in the highlands of Scotland, and the Cairngorm National Park which is 1,748 square miles and larger than Luxembourg. The cottage is set among the majestic pine woods of Drumguish, with mountain views and with lots of wildlife. It is close to the town of Kingussie with its shops and golf course, and in easy reach of Aviemore and the ski slopes on Cairngorm mountain. The area is a walkers' paradise with lowland and upland trails starting direct from the cottage.

1 bedroom attached cottage in Highland Perthshire, 3 miles from Aberfeldy & Grandtully. Wood fired sauna in adjacent steading (1st use included). Idyllically situated on the foothills of Farragon hill, with beautiful walks right from the door. There is a spacious super kingsize (or twin) bedroom, spectacular living space, modern kitchen & shower room, private entrance, parking & outside seating area. The Bakehouse at Caman House dates from 1900 and is a beautiful old stone barn, and once upon a time a bakers - lovingly restored by us, creating a cosy and unique little home from home, respecting the story of the building, using local materials like timber & stone. The Farm Bothy Cottage

The Farm Bothy cottage offers luxury accommodation on a working sheep farm. It is self-contained, within a modern steading/barn conversion. We live in the other wing of the house. You can explore the farm, woodlands and our garden. Ideally located for visiting nearby castles and distilleries the area also has great cycling, golfing, fishing and horse-riding. Our local pub is a mile away. The nearest town, Alford, has a pub, restaurant, shops, supermarket, parks and museums.

Built in 1874 for the head gardener of Monzie Castle, not only is it located at the end of the castle gardens, it is set in its own beautiful garden. This characterful 2 bedroom cottage in rural Monzie (listed in The Times top 50 cottages) is furnished to a high standard with gorgeous interiors. The landscape and surrounding scenery is breathtaking and being one mile down a private road a real retreat from busy everyday life, with nature and wildlife in abundance.

The lodge and its surroundings are beautiful in any season, whether it's watching spring come to life, enjoying warmer summer months, amidst autumn colours, or on a frosty winter's day overlooking the Spey valley. This recently built beautiful cottage situated at the foot of Dunsinnan Hill in rural Perthshire, is a great place to relax and ideal for hill walkers with beautiful countryside in the area. It is well located for Carse of Gowrie wedding venues - Fingask, Guardswell Farm & Errol Park are all within a 15 minute drive. Collace is very near to Dundee & Perth both approx 15 minutes away.
