100mt2 apartment in a charming villa, walking distance to the beach: a large living room with smart TV, a couch, and a new air-conditioner. A furnished kitchen. The main bedroom with a kingsize bed 180x200cm, and a new air-conditioner. The second bedroom with 2 single beds 90x200cm convertible into a doublebed, and a new air-conditioner. The main bathroom with a bathtub. The second bathroom with a shower. A south-facing patio and a BBQ area. - A baby cot, a baby chair, beach toys. The swimming pool area has a shower, three sun umbrellas with sets of sun-beds, and is only in common with guests, if any, of the first floor apartment. There is a large private parking lot for up to three cars. You can easily park the car from the gate and enter the villa. We are a young couple with a little kid completely immersed and fond of the island.
