JKL beach resort is located along the sea coast. You will enjoy the scenery of the nearby islets and seashelves. You will feel the fresh air and the sea breeze. The 3 couples room is 1500 Pesos each per night. All rooms are fully air conditioned with its own toilet and bath. The big air conditioned bedroom can occupy up to 8 persons with adjacent family room for 3500 Pesos per night. It has ensuite bathroom with tub. Nipa house can be rented for 2500 Pesos per night with family room & bath.

Punta Private Beach-Small Villa

This stunning, private and very secluded 4 acre paradise retreat known as Punta Beach is set amongst lush tropical gardens and tall coconut trees only steps away from the warm and clear waters of the ocean near Mindoro Island's quaint, safe, warm and friendly village of San Teodoro. The architecture of the retreat's ten buildings are a cross between traditional and contemporary design boldly blending with the surroundings which include western style amenities. Quiet, relaxing and laid back.

Entire House with Garage in WAWA, Calapan City

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This house was built for my retirement home. But since it's still a long time for me to retire.. so i decided to share the house with you. The place is very peaceful and near the beaches and resorts. I used to have a walk every morning to enjoy the whole place in Wawa where you can see the friendly neighborhood on the street while walking. On the other side of the street is an elementary school and behind the school are beaches.

Nearby hiking to the mountain and Baco springs can be arranged as can nearby visits to other hidden gems. This is a remote location therefore it will include full board, local delicacies and drinks at reasonable prices. This would not be suitable for those seeking luxurious accommodation.
