"The Carriage House” is our largest suite with a fully equipped kitchen (stocked upon request), that opens up to a dining area with forest views. The living room features a woodburning fireplace and 2 built in queen bed "bunks". Enjoy sun-soaked pasture views from the main bedroom or while soaking in the clawfoot bathtub.

Our cozy home is newly constructed, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated, tucked in a private clearing with direct access to the Kingdom Trail network and VAST snowmobiling trails, minutes from Burke Mountain, and a short drive to Lake Willoughby. Just up the road from the village of East Burke, we are close to nearby amenities yet in a quiet hillside surrounded by nature, the perfect location for a weekend getaway, whether you are biking, skiing, hiking or exploring the Northeast Kingdom.

Comfortable Home, Hot Tub, Trails on 140 Acres

This property is located in a remote and beautiful area of Vermont. The house is on 140 acres of fields and forest. There are 2.5 miles of private walking/snow shoeing trails in the woods. A large mowed area around the house provides space for grilling, outdoor dining, fire pit and games. The outdoor hot tub (emptied and refilled after each stay) is heated to 104 degrees year-round. This property is easily accessed from Route 2 and is on a well maintained dirt road. Minimum age to book: 25

Merle Cabin on Private Lake and 230 Acres

Situated on the grounds of a former summer camp, this freshly renovated 1-bdrm cabin has a modern kitchen, full bathroom, and sleeps up to 4: double bed & two twins. Best for a couple or family. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, fridge, coffee maker, and all basic cookware. Clean sheets & towels are provided. Merle has a small front porch and is a one minute walk to the lake. Razzle's cabin is on the Kingdom Trails! Right out the front door is the Coronary Bypass trail that connects to the entire network! Minutes from Burke Mountain! It's a quiet, private setting off from West Darling Hill road. Huge sunny deck with grill and picnic table along with comfy seating to relax and enjoy a beautiful sunset. Outside you'll find a sweet fire pit with a woodshed filled to the brim and an outdoor shower and bike wash!
