Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located upstairs apartment. Walk to many restaurants, cafes and shops, as well as St. Johnsbury Academy, The Fairbanks Museum and Planetarium and the Athenaem. Sit outside and enjoy your coffee, meals or a cocktail on the spacious covered porch. Try some of our amazing local restaurants or cook in and share your meals at the large dining room table. Get comfy on the couches and watch a movie, play a game, do a puzzle, read a book or just relax.

Nestled in the NEK, our cabin provides a quintessential Vermont experience. With magical views, two decks, a patio, a fire table plus rustic fire pit, you will never want to leave! Inside you will find an open concept kitchen/dining/living room, tv room, 2 bedrooms with king sized beds and 2 bathrooms with showers.. We are 15 minutes from St. J and 25 from Littleton. Striking distance to lots of fun stuff. For skimobilers, there's a trail from the cabin that connects with the VAST network.

The Loft at River's Edge w/hot tub!

The Loft at River's Edge is a private, spacious, second floor river view apartment at the end the hosts' main house. Views of the Connecticut River and Vermont's mountains are breathtaking. Spacious lawns abound throughout the property. Guests have their own outdoor area where they can enjoy a hot tub, fire pit, gas grill and picnic table. Kayaks and canoes are available for guests to use free of charge. The loft is a comfortable and peaceful place to call your "home away from home."

Comfortable Home, Hot Tub, Trails on 140 Acres

This property is located in a remote and beautiful area of Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom. The house is on 140 acres of fields and forest. There are 2.5 miles of private walking/snow shoeing trails in the woods. A large mowed area around the house provides space for grilling, outdoor dining, fire pit and games. The outdoor hot tub (emptied and refilled after each stay) is heated to 104 degrees year-round. This property is easily accessed from Route 2 and is on a well maintained dirt road.

This log cabin is set in the woods in a rural part of northeastern Vermont. Escape the hustle and bustle, clear your mind, and enjoy nature. A great place to get some fresh air or to stay in and take a nap. Beautiful summers for easy hikes and refreshing swims in the lakes of our local Groton State Forest, unbelievable foliage to view from small dirt roads, and tons of outdoor winter activities. Great for a couples getaway, friends weekend, or some quality time with the family.

Ann’s Schoolhouse

Ann’s Schoolhouse is a beautiful Historic Schoolhouse built in 1901 and nestled in the green mountains of Vermont. Complete with the original school bell, chalk board and desks from 1901 you'll take a trip back in time when you visit! You and your family will love the quiet serenity as you sit by the fire pit and take in the views. This cozy home is perfect for your family vacation or event, couples weekend away or a friends trip. Maple Acres Cabin is located on 50 acres of private land.Every spring fresh Vermont maple syrup is made on sight. Maple Acres Cabin was built new in 2020. Located on its on private driveway. With access to Atv and snowmobile trails. The cabin has everything you need for your stay. 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. A full kitchen, dining area,living room with electric fireplace, laundry, gas grill, fire pit. I leave coffee, tea, hot cocoa. Syrup is available to buy.
