Spend some time in our little town at our local shops and restaurants.... We live in the country between Carrollton and Jerseyville. (There is no WiFi.)

There is a public boat ramp available in town and the a 5 star marina that has nightly docking available. During the winter months enjoy ice skating. Ride the gondola up to Aeries Winery for a birds eye view of the rivers. Also located close is Pere Marquette state park which offers hiking, horse back riding, rock climbing, marina, and bird viewing.

You will be able to spend your time Eagle watching, fishing, or observing the barge traffic pass through the Joe Page Bridge. This space allows for the perfect country experience right on the back porch. The home is within walking distance of a public boat ramp and restaurant. For a short drive, you may find more restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and a gas station.

On the bay of the Mississippi River and only 2 miles from public hunting (Rip Rap), you’ll enjoy fishing off the dock, relaxing on the deck, making memories by the fire, a fully stocked kitchen to prepare and cook your meals, and WiFi to watch movies. This cozy little home has given our family many wonderful memories and we hope you’ll love it here. My father, Dave was an avid hunter and fisherman and would have loved this place so we named it in his honor.
