Welcome to Callaway’s Casita! This cozy retreat is located halfway between Panama City Beach and Mexico Beach (~21 miles each way) and just 10 minutes from Tyndall Air Force Base. This entire home sleeps 2–3 guests and features one bedroom with a queen bed, one oversized couch, one bathroom, a private fenced backyard, grill, fire pit with seating, and side-gate access. Enjoy a peaceful stay close to beaches, dining, and local attractions, with easy self check-in and a quiet neighborhood setting.

The main bedroom features a king size bed with custom upholstered bed and down comforter.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A serene environment located minutes from Tyndall AFB. Less than 20 miles West to Panama City Beach and East to Mexico Beach. You could also take a day trip to Port St. Joe, Apalachicola, 30A, Destin, Tallahassee, and Cape San Blas. This wonderful home has a private boat dock! Bring the water toys and boat. There is a public boat ramp in the proximity with plenty of space to park your trailer at the property.

This home has recently been renovated, with a full kitchen & dining area, 2 baths, 3 bedrooms, 2 living spaces, one with an overhead nook, and 2 separate entertainment areas. Situated just 15 min from historic St. Andrews, and 30 min from Panama City Beach(W) and Mexico Beach(E). There are 4 smart TVs, a foosball table, and upstairs a comfy couch and table for reading and board games. Lastly our loft with two beds gives that camping like feel.

Pearl Cottage

Contractors welcome. Enjoy the morning sun from the breakfast nook with banquette, relax in the Florida room in the afternoon. New bathrooms and refreshed home. Walk to the bay public access to play in the water, take a kayak for a spin or just watch the sunsets every evening. The dock & picnic area is not ours to use. The Parker Pier and more beachfront and picnic area is across 98. Perfect for family get-togethers.

Classic cottage in the Cove

Welcome to a classic cottage in the cove in historic Panama City. The cove neighborhood was established in 1913. Enjoy the mid century vibe of this cottage with a clean and modern feel. Ample parking in front of the cottage and a cute backyard to enjoy. Great location close to downtown Panama City and Beck ave. Only 11 miles to the beaches. The cottage is a short walk to the bay where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset.
