Caloundra Coastal apartment/studio

Comfortable, self-contained apartment/studio on separate lower level of house. Separate entry. Off street private parking. Own kitchen, bathroom, dining and open lounge. King size bed. Access to pool. Quiet, established neighbourhood. Close to a choice of 7 Caloundra beaches, many cafes, restaurants. Only 5min drive to the new Sunshine Coast University Hospital. The maximum number of guests is limited to 2 and pets are not permitted at any time. WE ARE A STRICTLY NON-SMOKING PROPERTY.

The beach house on the hill

Our little studio is attached to our house, therefore you might hear us from time to time. It’s a beach style place , where you can relax and enjoy your breakfast on your own private patio. Please note that there is a simple outdoor kitchen, with sink ,BBQ, fridge, kettle and microwave. You have a private entrance via the front yard ( as seen on one of the photos). Our neighbourhood is quite , and you might see some of our beautiful wildlife, like colourful Rainbow Lorikket and kangaroos

Sun Filled Beach Guest House, Mudjimba

Our private Guest House is just a short stroll from beautiful Mudjimba beach offering you a relaxing romantic getaway or a creative space to work. One bedroom with Queen bed, desk, crisp linen, comfortable lounge, TV, dining area and window seat. A full kitchen includes a coffee maker, although we highly recommend the local cafes and restaurants which are an easy walk away. Little Mountain Retreat

Little Mountain Retreat – where the Beach meets the Bush. Set in two acres of natural bush reserve, this comfortable 2 bedroom cottage is only 5.5km from the beach and all Caloundra has to offer. Perfect for couples looking for a relaxing, secluded getaway or families wanting space for the children to explore, all the while being close to the beach, restaurants and shops. A family of kangaroos regularly graze right at the house and kookaburras can be heard in the trees.

King bed-Seaside Getaway, self contained Studio, just across from spacious picturesque park and at the end of the park is a beautiful boardwalk linking Marcoola's white sandy beaches Relax in our Modern, Bright Studio with your own entry and balcony, cafe’s down stairs with and short walk along the beach boardwalk to surf club, resturants, IGA shops and everything you could possibly need. Twin Waters Golf Course a few kms away. Beautiful Mount Coolum as your Backdrop.

Garden Bungalow located on Sunshine Coast .Walk to beach, park, cafes. 5 mins drive from airport and supermarket. Walk to public transport. The Space - has a living area ,dinning area, kitchen with gas cook top ( no oven) 120 L. fridge, kettle, toaster, iron, TV, DVD, CD . Please note- my place is not suitable for young children, we live on an acreage with no fence, we have big dam and wildlife.

Beachside Getaway - Driftwood House

Driftwood is for relaxation. Forget the car , laze around the house or simply walk out the gate to enjoy our Beachside location . Our home is orientated to catch the light , the sea breeze and the hum of a rolling surf. The garden and house design give a “living in the trees” feel. Our eclectic and evolving interior is comfortable , functional and sprinkled with colour and fun.

Coastal beach house with beautiful bush outlook. A pleasant short walk to the beach, local cafes, restaurants and the Twin Waters Golf Course. Well equipped house with quality furnishings, unlimited wifi and Netflix. Enjoy the 10 metre pool and excellent outdoor entertaining area.

Mellum Retreat

The room( 36 m3) is a separate studio from the main house with en suite bathroom and covered outside seating and an outside kitchen and BBQ area. A spacious timber deck to relax and enjoy the nature around can also be used . Pets allowed on asking , before booking .
