Duplex Apartment - Full furniture 35m2

This room is 35m2 (including the upstairs area) and is equipped with full furniture including a private restroom and kitchen set. The utility bills are included in the renting price. The house is next to a cafe and a gym. It is close to the supermarket and market (200m) and the sea (300m). There is a big courtyard in front of the room for parking, BBQ party, and chilling. We also have a small store at the Kiosk of the house selling desserts. You can come to buy good food.

Our apartment is very near international airport Cam Ranh, Khanh Hoa (1.7km - 05 mins by car). From the Apartment, it takes 30 minutes to Nha Trang City Center.

Apartment is located at the center of Nha Trang in the building of Maris Hotel Nha Trang, a 5-minute walk to Nha Trang Beach and 900m to Tram Huong Tower. We have a kids club, an outdoor pool on the 21st floor, as well as a basic fitness center. Breakfast is included every day from 6:00 - 9:30 am, served as a buffet. This is an ideal place for a group of friends and family.
