First floor is a spacious studio with full bed, couch, dining area, kitchen, full bath. Separate entrance basement has full-sized bunk bed, sofa, and love seat. It is complete with fire pit, patio, walk to fishing bridge & 5 min drive to boat docks!

Large corral & water trough, add'l fee. Ride out on Snowmobile, Horseback, ATV/Dirt-bike or Mountain Bike with no trailering. Create your own adventure with the bunkhouse as your basecamp. Our rustic shipping container guest house sits just outside of town on a 10 acre working Ranch. Enjoy a peaceful night, with the sounds of the creek and a few farm animals mixed in, including dogs that will visit your front door and keep guard on the property. Dogs may bark in the middle of the night! Our tiny and cozy guest house has custom and unique details throughout and is best suited for 1-2 people. This home is up a dirt road and there is parking directly in front of the tiny house.

The second floor has two bedrooms, a kitchenette with mini frig, microwave, electric skillet, toaster oven and Kuerig and a deck with a hot tub, grill and bar height table and seating for four.
