Our house has an attached guest suite and is located two minutes walk from the lake and Don Rowlands centre, licenced Podium Cafe, boat ramp . You cannot get closer. We are 20 mins from Hobbiton, 25 mins to world famous Hamilton Gardens, 55 mins to Rotorua, and 40 min to Waitomo caves. A great 2-3 day round trip. The unit has two bedrooms with ensuites, its own lounge area and kitchenette . Room 1 has a King size bed and Room 2 two king singles. There is also a double sofabed.

"The Old Church" Boutique Accommodation

Our wonderful home is a converted Catholic Church, built in 1954 which we were lucky enough to buy in 1996. It offers a unique and special stay, full of character with a peaceful atmosphere. A great place to spend time relaxing or exploring the beautiful area we live in. To add to this, Café 77 is situated right across the road in what was once the old derelict Manawaru Dairy Factory. They are open from 8 am to 3 pm daily and we can highly recommend!

Fantail Farm Loft is a private and spacious self contained guest suite located on a beautiful lifestyle block with a lush native bush outlook and views of the countryside. We love NZ's native bush and birds and here you will find a small oasis of native plants and bird feeders to attract native birds. Fantail, Tui, Kereru & Ruru are regular visitors. Relax inside or out on the spacious deck. Staying here you will feel like you're in a treehouse!

Only a 15 min walk to a wide range of restaurants and shops in the CBD. Or just rest a while in your own private, sun-filled courtyard garden. City living never felt so good!
