The Old Dairy is a beautifully converted barn in the peaceful Bedfordshire countryside, designed for groups of friends and family to spend proper time together. With three equally luxurious bedroom suites, three bathrooms, a beautiful open-plan kitchen and living space, a private garden and hot tub. It is particularly popular for family get-togethers, girls' weekends, celebrations and groups of couples And because weekends go far too quickly, we offer our much-loved 4pm Lazy Sunday checkout.

Hazelnut Studio is a pretty, one bed guest house located in the garden of a Grade II listed cottage. It is situated 5 miles away from the historic university city of Cambridge, which is easy to reach by car, bus or bike via a good cycle route. There is free on-street parking next to the studio. The guest house itself has a modern feel with a new bathroom, a table and chairs and a new, comfy queen-sized bed. You will also have access to a patio with an outdoor dining area and a pretty garden.

Cobblers Cottage is full of charm & character, good sized rooms [albeit wonky & low ceilings!], modern kitchen & a private garden. It is over 400years old so some dust & the odd spider is possible, it is not a brand new show house, more National Trust! PLEASE NOTE there is only on street parking ~100 metres from the cottage. Early check-in & late check-out maybe possible for a fee (covers the cost of changing the cleaning schedule, arrangements & utility costs).

The “little” annex has recently been renovated throughout, meaning you have a bright, spacious yet homely place to stay. The annex is fully equip, meaning you can stay for 1 night or a month. The annex is ideal for working professional or a an individual/couple looking for a relaxing break. We can’t wait for you to use our home as if it was your own.

The Hutch

The Hutch is a totally self contained, newly renovated annex attached to the back of our house. We are situated in the heart of the village, a short walk from a shop, cafe and the village pubs. We are only 13 miles from Cambridge, so perfect for anyone visiting or working in Cambridge or the surrounding area.
