Relax in luxury as you enjoy this modern and comfortable home planned with you in mind. Completed in 2025 - everything is new! We furnished the house with all the things we love and want in a rental. Enjoy the fastest WiFi offered, modern appliances, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, dining for 6 plus 2 barstools, work space and large TVs. We offer use of the single car garage in addition to the long driveway. Location is 1 mile from Springdale Racecourse and 3 miles to downtown.

We are located on a quiet street in the heart of Camden’s Rectory Square Park historic district. Follow the meandering, well-lit garden path to the charming upstairs unit. As hosts with five years of experience, we offer a beautiful home away from home, with luxury bedding and linens, comfortable seating, a small kitchenette, and plenty of space for two guests.

Home includes private deep water dock. Perfect location for swimming, kayaking and fishing. Fire pit is perfect for cool nights.

It is located in Ridgeway, SC and 20 minutes from Camden and Lugoff. Colonel Creek Landing is 4 miles away and the perfect location to launch your boat. You can dock your boat in 12 feet of water at our dock. Perfect location for fishing, kayaking and swimming. Two living spaces with smart tv's. Now you can enjoy the fire pit and outdoor shower.

Relax with the family at this peaceful place with GORGEOUS sunsets. When we say family, we mean pets & horses as well! We have 12 stables, 7 paddocks. Fenced yard & in ground pool. 5 fireplaces & heart pine floors. 3 living/family rooms. Once owned by the DuPont family (yes that DuPont family), the main part of the home is 96 yrs old and has many charming details. The 4 car garage was also the site of building race cars for the DuPonts. Pear Tree Farm offers the best in country quaintness.
