This 19th century property was rebuilt over three years (2021 to 2024) by artists and craftsmen, giving it a unique identity, and was designed to provide maximum comfort and an exclusive lifestyle, offering an unparalleled residential experience. Located in an easily accessible location, this villa offers panoramic views of the sea and mountains. With a private, heated swimming pool, 12 meters long, 6 meters of which are excavated in the rock, giving it a unique identity and romanticism. Olá! Somos a Sónia, Élio e a nossa filha Beatriz. O nosso objetivo é tornar as vossas férias inesquecíveis!! Sejam bem vindos à nossa casa!! A "casinha da Beatriz" está localizada em Santana, terra das casas típicas, ex-libris e cartaz turístico da ilha da Madeira. Eram casas compostas por um sotão, onde se guardavam os produtos agrícolas, e piso térreo com a área habitacional. Reconstruímos uma destas "casinhas"típicas, datada de 1950, com todo o conforto dos tempos atuais. Tem vista mar/serra.

Welcome to Paradise! Come stay at our cozy Villa with a splendid Atlantic ocean view by the infinity pool! This house was first built in 1932 and since then it has been know as "Casa do Vinho Velho", "The Old Wine House". My great-grand mother used to tell stories about the old man "Vinho Velho" and his passion for his wine and agriculture. The house has been updated but we have kept old features, like an old brick oven in the kitchen and 3 stone rocks for vine hanging in the living room!

On the ground floor open space with kitchen / living and dining room and toilet. Furniture and careful decoration. Outside enjoy the garden and the pleasant dining space with incredible views of the sea. The barbecue, mini-pool and shower complete your well-being.
