Surrounded by The Williams Beach Trail System which provides many kilometres of woodland hiking. There is no beach access from the property but we're just a short walk to the Alders Beach which offers long stretches of sand for walking, swimming and exploring tidal pools. Your hosts are happy to assist you in any way they can to make your stay memorable.

You have a full private bathroom off the hallway right next to the suite. We have a separate entrance. The loft rests directly across from the ocean with a direct view of the Quadra Island lighthouse. Inspired by the complete renovation of our dream home and in conjunction with Elements Esthetic Lounge. We built this vacation rental to host wedding parties, professionals, international guests, project workers, and visiting families.

Charming small cottage situated on the edge of wetlands with beautiful views. Private gazebo with covered firepit and a dock over looking the large pond. Located on our 5 acre free range egg farm in Merville, BC. The pond is home to a family of beavers, bald eagles, blue heron and various birds. Private walking trail off the cottage and access to the One Spot Trail at the end of our private drive. We are 20 mins from downtown Courtenay and 10 mins to the Mount Washington turn off.

The cottage does not have ocean view, however, the waterfront is only 30 meters away on our property.
