Our 2 bedroom, inner-city cottage is a like staying amongst history with modern comforts. Free vouchers, allowing 24 hr street parking, on request. View of a large beautiful park, with a kid's playground, only 10 minutes to the city centre. 5 minutes walk to trains, buses and easy airport access. The cottage is peaceful, but only a a minute's walk from the action of Newtown and its restaurants, bars, cafes and shopping. The modern artwork and artefacts reflect the creative nature of the area.

We are central, but on a very quiet street. We also have two kids under 9; the toys are tidied away, but your kids are welcome to play with them if they want. The bunk bed is a King Single so reasonably roomy. Travel Cot also available if needed. Pool available October till March; packed away for Winter but swapped for Spa.

Studio cottage close to the beach

(Studio update December 2025) - The studio will very unfortunately be next door to a building site.. Demolition and excavation are complete though there can still be general building noise. The builders hours are 7am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday. Very likely the normal peace and serenity will be disrupted during this time.
