Beautiful and comfortable studio in a quiet area, excellently equipped to offer our guests a comfortable and pleasant holiday. It can also be the ideal place to relax or work remotely for a few months. The 45 m² space is excellently distributed to optimize space and is located on the fourth floor of the building (there is an elevator) with views of the Guaza mountain and the swimming pool. It is 5 minutes from the beach and a 10-minute drive from the tourist areas.

The house is on the top of a hill and has a wonderful and clean panoramic view towards the sea. The sunsets are magnificent with La Gomera island on background.

October 2025 we installed electric blinds for the balcony doors and In Summer 2022 we added air conditioning in the master bedroom and replaced the mattress with higher end comfy Viscoelastic model, Pillows too. The big pine tree visible in the balcony has been removed in 2025 now offering full clear views! In Oct-Nov 2020 the apartment received a major upgrade improving the interior design for your convenience.
