Our unique & beautifully designed seaside loft, has arguably the best view in Newfoundland; with full yard ocean frontage, whale sightings in season(!!) nearby family-friendly activities, restaurants & music venues. You’ll love our place for the sunsets, beach walks & bonfires, proximity to everything, nearby hiking trails, & water taxi; which provides access to the south side of the Nat'l Park. Our place is amazing for couples, business travellers, solo explorers, & 4 season adventure seekers.

Nestled lakeside, our property offers not only a cozy getaway but also kayaks and direct access to Lake Charlotte's ATV trails. On the deck you'll find a luxurious hot tub, beckoning you to indulge in a soothing soak while you take in the sun setting over the lake.

As waterfront as you can get! Perched on the coastline in beautiful Conception Bay (15-20 minute drive from St. John's airport & downtown) the views from this property are amazing. People who enjoy nature - watching whales breach, icebergs melt, seabirds frolic, storms brew, fishermen fish, the sun set, or those who like to hike, kayak, dive, generally explore - will especially appreciate this unique property and the experiences it offers. (House has great wifi too for those remote workers:)

If it's calm and relaxation you're looking for, we have a huge backyard with a large upper and smaller lower beach and a great firepit. Our beach house is 'As Close as it Gets'! We are located right across from the beach entrance and in the heart of the strip. Walking distance to all the restaurants, shopping and amenities that our quaint beach town has to offer! Awaiting your arrival is a fully detached 3 bedroom 1.5 bath home. Fully renovated from top to bottom, nothing missed, including a full service kitchen, beautiful living/dining area, big screen smart tv with netflix, high speed internet and luxury linens throughout.

Oceanfront Home - 1bdr Suite is a separate space.

South facing, sheltered from most of the wind, walk-on oceanfront in the city! Large deck, Solarium, Hot-tub, Kayaks and stunning views (Brandon Islands, Newcastle Island Provincial Park, Birds, Seals, Otters, Boats, Fisheries Canada docks). Swim, Paddle board, Kayak, Beach comb, Picnic or just relax - beside the salt water and a patch of old forest. Nanaimo is centrally located, permitting day trips to Vancover, Victoria and even Tofino. Luke (myself) reside in the suite.

Bench 170

Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.

Step back in time with a stay at our newly renovated historic beachfront property on the Sunshine Coast. Grantham House was once a bustling community hub as the local post office and general store, and beginning in the 1920's, a favoured summer stop of the Union Steamships Company. This unique studio suite, named after the Lady Cecilia steamship that once docked here, offers a serene escape with breathtaking views of Keats Island and oceanfront access.
