Our modern guest home is surrounded by nature and ideal for couples and families with children, featuring a large deck, fireplace, fully equipped kitchenette, private bedroom (King bed), and our guest favorite sleeping loft with a private balcony with views of Canandaigua Lake. Pack light, we provide essentials for remote work, home fitness, and children. Community amenities include racket courts, playground,& beach. Jump in the lake, tour wine country, and hike bike or ski at Bristol Mountain.

Lake House

Located in beautiful Resort Community of Bristol Harbour, this premium spacious lot is across the street from Canandaigua Lake with private community beach access Monday-Friday (June - September) Roseland Waterpark right down the road. In winter it is just 15 min from Bristol Mountain. Home to the Wine and Culinary Center featuring food and wines from every winery in New York State. 4 night minimum in the summer and 2 night minimum in the off season. Rental contract is provided for this stay.

Falcon Nest - Treehouse Secluded in Private Forest

A Treehouse. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Nestled in 28 acres of woods with hiking trails. This unique newly constructed all electric 525 sq foot elevated structure offers a wrap around deck for an ever changing view. King size bed & new technology foam offers complete comfort in separate climate controlled bedroom. Heated bathroom floor is a “warm” surprise. Optional seasonal outdoor shower for the adventurous. Kitchen lacks nothing tucked conveniently in the great room.

Keuka Beach House - Glamping at its best!

My place is right on the lake and great for summer activities. The deck hangs out over the water overlooking the beach and dock. Outdoor opportunities include your own hiking trail on five acres of land behind the house, cycling, swimming, kayaking and canoeing. It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, and pets who like to swim. Currently, New York State charges 8% sales tax and Yates County charges 4% Occupancy Tax which is added to the amount you pay when booking the space. Sorry.

The Hideaway on Hobart - New / Recently Renovated

The Hideaway on Hobart is a fully renovated cottage just steps from Honeoye Lake, a true hidden gem of the Finger Lakes. Located at the north end of the lake, guests enjoy access to a private community beach, park, and boat launch. The home features two bedrooms, an exceptional kitchen and open common space, plus an amazing deck for relaxing or entertaining. Two ski resorts (Hunt Hollow & Bristol) are less than 15 minutes away for year-round fun and access to a private dock is provided.
