The property also boasts a two-story seasonal lakeside boathouse with bedroom and game area. Enjoy more than 15 vineyards within a 5 minute drive, with Watkins Glen State Park, "The Glen" Race Track, and Finger Lakes National Forest are only 15 minutes away.

Lake House

Located in beautiful Resort Community of Bristol Harbour, this premium spacious lot is across the street from Canandaigua Lake with private community beach access Monday-Friday (June - September) Roseland Waterpark right down the road. In winter it is just 15 min from Bristol Mountain. Home to the Wine and Culinary Center featuring food and wines from every winery in New York State. 4 night minimum in the summer and 2 night minimum in the off season. Rental contract is provided for this stay.
