This unique 1 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage is one of our two homes on the property along the peacefully flowing Mill Creek. Take in the natural beauty from the large patio and hot tub. Inside, enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace, complimentary wifi and smartTV. The full kitchen and bathroom are well stocked with amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

You are minutes from all Canandaigua has to offer-from CMAC, Canandaigua Boatworks, Deep Run Beach, and all the locally owned restaurants, shops and tasting rooms that make the Finger Lakes so iconic!

Overlooking a 3/4-acre pond, this 550 sq ft lower-level studio has a private patio, 2 entrances, full bath, queen bed and newly installed kitchen (after 3/15/24). TV has access to Netflix, Disney plus, Prime Video, and other Roku channels (no cable). Wi-Fi is continuous with listing and space has private access to heat/AC controls. Entrance is via keypad lock. Close to Canandaigua, Cummings Nature Center, CMAC, and wineries/microbreweries. Short drive to Letchworth State Park and Victor

A true refuge... peaceful, quiet and majestic. The house is right on the lake with gorgeous views of Seneca lake. Large windows overlook the lake from the living room and front bedroom. Single family detached home situated on a dead-end street limited to local traffic, this 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom year-round home will provide you with everything you need for your next getaway. The house is perfect for 2 couples or a family of four. Bonus room above the boathouse with a pull out sofa.

Canandaigua lake - Heron Cove Sanctuary

The only house in 500' of lakefront. Quiet & beautiful & private. [See pics & feedback] A panoply of personal watercraft.  10 min to village of Naples.      House is upgraded mid-century cottage over a bridge at the end of the road – secluded, at the bottom of a cliff.   Outdoor hot tub, living room fireplace.   Big beautiful lake - right there - you'll feel it in your heart. The wifi is decent, but we recommend that you don't use, because it's best to sit lakeside and watch the stars!

It's The Cabin! This picturesque cabin sits on 8 acres of mowed and wooded land. Enjoy all that the property has to offer with a half mile's worth of walking paths, a large front porch to drink your morning cup of joe, swimming pond, a fire pit/wood and more. It offers serenity in the Finger Lakes Region. Easy access to countless wineries, breweries and distilleries. The cabin is where memories are forged, belly laughs are had, and adventures await. The home is the last house on a private road, in a cove with distant neighbors, offering great privacy & solitude. A family of bald eagles nests in the cove. The huge 2nd story deck adorns the entire front of the house. Best views on the lake to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine while soaking in this little slice of heaven. Bring your boat, we have a whip mooring & hoist. Boat launch 3 mi Note: late June -Labor day, 7 nite min checkin/out Fri only.
