Private Hot Tub River Retreat

The “Kenzie B” cottage is a newly built cottage with unique features throughout like a sliding steel barn door, a steel shower and old barn beams along the ceiling. The covered veranda off the front of the cottage provides you with stunning views of the tidal river and a private hot tub overlooks the river as well. Swim, boat, float, whatever you wish, the river awaits! We also have a motorized floating picnic table for rent if you'd like to explore the river some more.

Each tip of the island is easily reached within an 1.5 hours. This is the perfect place to gather your family for a get-a-way and a central place to explore the island!

Situated among the trees about 300 feet from the river, the cottage is 15 minutes from Cavendish, 10 minutes from Kensington, 25 minutes to Summerside and 40 minutes to Charlottetown. We now have a fully renovated, waterfront cottage available for weekend getaways or extended escapes. An open concept complete with a Queen bed and two twins bunks, kitchen, bathroom, deck and private hot tub. Located at the end of Queens Point on Tracadie Bay, guests can enjoy all the Island has to offer from our central location, or get away from it all and enjoy the Off Season star filled nights from the comfort of a hot tub.
