Close to the beach and esplanade. Surfing, biking, swimming, walking tracks, cafes all on hand.

The cottage accomodation is totally private set in a beautiful garden setting in the grounds of the historic school house built in 1876. 20 minutes to Methven and 1 hour to Christchurch international Airport. Not suitable for infants/children.

This cosy self-contained space offers a blend of comfort and convenience, perfect for your getaway. Charming sloping sleeping and views to the racecourse and mountains. Fully equipped the studio features its own shower room and kitchenette (ground floor) for your breakfast needs. Ample parking is available on the property in front.
